South Korea Xiaoxing plans to set up a new plant in Brazil, which will become the largest spandex producer.
South Korea Xiaoxing Co., Ltd. plans to invest $1billion in Brazil to build a new spandex plant, and signed a memorandum of cooperation with Pakistan. It is reported that the plant will be built in the Brazilian state of Santa Catalina, with an initial plan to produce about 10000 tons of spandex per year, and is expected to be officially put into production next year.
